Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announces that it is in compliance with its previous announcement on 6/5-2015 regarding the General Assembly meeting of Asia Capital Investment Company (Asia) and pursuant to the decision of Market Committee No. 4/2007 regarding the dates of the General Assemblies of Listed Companies, The Company shall be suspended from the date of the approval of the Market on its annual statements. As the Company has specified the date of the General Assembly, it shall be suspended from the date of Sunday 10/5-2015 until the date of the General Assembly.
