Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) of Kuwait Chinese Investment Company (China) held on Tuesday, 23-12-2014, approved the following: 

1. Amend some articles of the company's Articles of Association and Articles of Association Companies. 
2- To amend the name of the company from the Kuwaiti-Chinese investment company to Asia Investment Company.
