Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announces that the shares of Asia Capital Investment Company (Asia) will be suspended as of Sunday, 21-08-2016, pursuant to Article (1-17) of the twelfth book of the Executive Regulation of Law No. ( (7) for the year 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Market Authority and the regulation of the securities activity and its amendments, and to suspend trading in the shares of companies listed on the stock exchange in the event that the company does not hold its general assembly following the end of the fiscal year within two months from the date of approval by the regulatory authorities on their annual financial statements. 
The shares will be re-traded after the General Assembly.
