Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announced today that it has received a letter from the Kuwaiti Kuwaiti company stating that Mr. Omar Quteibah Alghanim has resigned from the Board of Directors and retained the membership of the Board of Directors and Mr. Dhari Ali Al-Bader, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Omar Quteibah Al-Ghanim, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
