Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announces that the Ordinary General Assembly of Kuwait Chinese Investment Company (CHINA) will be held on Wednesday 24/4/2013 at 11:00 am at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Board of Directors will discuss the Board's recommendation not to distribute dividends for the financial year ended 31-12-2012. 
Other agenda items will also be discussed. 
Note that this recommendation is subject to the approval of the General Assembly and the competent authorities.
