Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announces that the Ordinary General Assembly of the Kuwaiti Chinese Investment Company (CIN) will be held on Thursday 5-6-2014 at 12 noon at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Board of Directors will discuss the recommendation of the Board of Directors not to distribute dividends for the financial year ended 31-12-2013. 
Other agenda items will also be discussed. 
This recommendation is subject to the approval of the General Assembly and shall not be objected to by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Authorities. 
The company is suspended from trading until its general assembly convenes.
