Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) announces its announcement on 29/04/2014 on the suspension of trading in the shares of the Kuwaiti Chinese Investment Company (CHINA) in the market until the general assembly of the company. The company said that the ordinary general assembly of the company will be held on Thursday 5-6 2014 at 12 noon at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, during which the Board of Directors recommendation will be discussed not to distribute dividends for the financial year ended 31/12/2013. 
Other agenda items will also be discussed. 
This recommendation is subject to the approval of the General Assembly and shall not be objected to by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Authorities. 
The company is suspended from trading until its general assembly convenes.
